Germany, with a total population of 82.6 million, has a large percentage of nominal Christians belonging to either the Catholic or Protestant State-Church.  Liberal theology is so wide spread that actually very few people hear the gospel.  It is estimated that there are over four million foreigners of which over half are Muslims, mainly coming from Turkey.  Since the reunification the door is wide open for evangelism in the East.
